Trillium has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in Columbus!

Are you an Office Manager with a payroll and accounting background? If so, the Temp-to-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! As the Office Manager, you will report directly to the company’s President and work closely with the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities will include a multi-line phone system, managing, sorting, and distributing mail, messages, and various deliveries to the proper office personnel. Additional duties will consist of proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and preparing contracts and customer change orders. In addition, you will oversee accounts payable and receivables, along with accurate record keeping.

Schedule is 1st shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay is  $30.00 - $35.00 DOE.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or a High School diploma with five years of relative experience
- Construction Administration experience is preferred but not required
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Office 365 
- Competent in QuickBooks Desktop version
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good at multi-tasking and being a team player
